Go Co village is the place where specialty is born from stone. The village also handed down many living customs of the Cham Pa many centuries ago. In which, the terraced fields along the rocky valley are the heritage left by the Cham people and their ancestors of Go Co village. That place produces many types of tubers that feed for generations of villagers. In the surrounding areas, tubers from Go Co village were often purchased for use as the main food during the war years. Taro tubers, tapioca tubers, turmeric, sperm … every time it comes to the February of lunar month (harvest season). Potatoes are piled up in the house. Villagers processed a lot of delicious dishes from the above bulbs. In addition, people also dry or make flour for use during the year. These tubers are only grown in one season of the year and live by nature during the winter months. They do not have irrigation systems and especially do not use pesticides so they are very good for users.
