GO CO VILLAGE PARK – the prospect of being an OCOP product

On September 14, 2020, the Go Co Village Community-Tourism Cooperative submitted a request for evaluation and rating for the product “Go Co Village Park”. This is a community tourism destination belonging to the 6th product group of the Program “One Commune for One Product” (OCOP). Accordingly, Go Co village has been evaluated as a very feasible model to replicate to other localities in rural tourism development and sustainable economic development. The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has proposed to Quang Ngai province the project “Building a 5-star village park” for Go Co village. Up to now, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has coordinated with other units to develop a proposal for guidelines of Quang Ngai province.
On the side of Go Co village park, Duc Pho town has received the documents and will hold an appraisal meeting in the near future. According to the subjective assessment of the subject unit, the community tourism cooperative in Go Co village, the profile completely meets the 4-star level criteria. This is a completely new product and highly appreciated by experts. Therefore, in the near future, Go Co Village Park will achieve the expected quality and make visitors satisfied.
